Pros

Pay is alright but raises are very low, even with a great review.

Cons

You can work hard be recognized by your peers, but don't expect promotions. It's not what you do but really who you know. People that are horrible managers get the promotions. They hire consulting companies and bleed millions of dollars without accountability.

Advice to Management

Stop playing favorites, there are many hard working emplyees who would stay if you were more equitable. Many good employees are looking for new jobs and in the long run it will cost you more to replace them, that is of course if you do!

    - Decent pay is you are friends with your manager
    - Never boring because it's always changing
    - In Boston, great local support staff

    Cons

    - Insane hours Mon-Fri 730am-8pm Sat 10am-5pm ever week.
    - Poor Communication
    - Rude and abusive managers
    - Actual quote from a Regional General Manager- "You should feel like a bad person. If you can't exceed your quota, why are you here"

    - Become respectful of your employees.
    - Stop the corporate fraud with credit checks
    - Improve work life balance
    - Hire competent people
    - Build a better network
