Thanks for the feedback. It is a super fast paced environment demanding every one in the team to really gear up - including the top management and founders. It is primarily because of the growth stage after product market fit, and rapid advancements of technology. We understand that while from business outlook this is fantastic such fast paced set up can make the team stretch. There are steps being taken to alleviate this in terms of process, resources and product. And as always in the past, we will get over this phase soon. And when we look back we can assure you that you would have gained experience, skills and outlook which would've been hard to come by otherwise.
