Lots of opportunities and very collaborative environment.

Difficult to find anything that was truly a con.

CTP has thus far been the best experience of my career. I've never worked in a company with so many co-workers who actually care about what they are doing and a management team who cares a lot about all of our co-workers. The environment is very dynamic and we work with a lot of cutting edge technology (but also lots of enterprise & older technology when working with clients also). The work tends to be quite challenging and there are lots of opportunities to expand your knowledge because of this. The management team actually listens to feedback and endeavors to rectify the situation (if able). Get to travel during the week (Monday - Friday) for some clients (but not all).

Timelines are sometimes aggressive. 50% travel can be draining after awhile, but having a week or two at home helps a lot.
