Advice to Management

Start over. Get rid of certain "VPs and management that care about the company and not themselves

I have been working at Clover Technologies full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Fun culture with your fellow team members. If you can commit to your deadlines then no issues. Not a lot of red tape and you can present ideas that can be taken seriously. You can have honest conversations with management, and have honest feedback. The work is very team oriented and engaging, which is a "work hard, play hard" environment.

    Cons

    • My pros, is only in regards to my department and cannot be used in the same light for other departments in our company (unfortunately).
    • Turnovers, retention.
    • Lost 4 members from my department within my first year. (All left for better opportunities)
    • Work is fast-paced which can be a challenge for some people who would like a slower-paced job.

    Advice to Management

    • Retention. Talent may want to leave, but just making an effort to retain them if they provide a benefit to the team.

    Positive Environment
    Job duties well explained

    Cons

If you work faster than others, you end up doing twice as much
No extra compensation for extra work
    Hours can vary

    Advice to Management

Positive re-inforcement can be a good thing
