Doesn't Recommend
No opinion of CEO

Pros

flexible hours. Nice personal trainers.

Cons

Terrible and unsupportive management. Working here actually made me want to leave the fitness industry

Advice to Management

support employees and help them grow with the company as apposed to berating them

    Pros

    great people and energy
very flexible and focused on well-being
never stagnant, always exploring ways to grow business and qualifications in our industry

    Cons

salary for management and senior roles could be more competitive
medical and financial benefits aren't rich (e.g. high deductible plan with no HSA, no match for 401K)

    Pros

Complimentary membership to all Club One locations in Bay Area, great networking as you met new people everday, discounts on health insurrances.

    Cons

Salary is not the best but neither is the economy. Deal with numerous complaints from dissatisfied members on a daily basis, not much recognition from the management on a corporate level.

    Advice to Management

Please give recognition to the service desk team once in a while. We tend to get the short end of the stick and got a lot of grief with no reward.
