    Pros

    Great members, and overall good people to work with.

    Cons

    Directors have no knowledge of general food safety, all about the "I" and no concern about the team. Promote based of tenure, and no experience. Treat women with complete disrespect, and have major favoritism. Winter hours are a joke with 32 hours being the max. Work off tip share, and no base pay. No emphasis on trading staff, again all about the "I".

    Advice to Management

    Hire based upon experience. Need to have Regional Management involvement! Take the time to train your people, and make it a place where people want to come to work. Teach, coach and train food knowledge. Get your managers Serv Safe certified!!!

    I have been working at ClubCorp full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

    Benefits for full time staff, 50% off meals, this club open to public so servers receive tips. Club is open to the public which brings in more guests.

    Cons

    F&b manager over worked with no days off mistakes on schedules, short staff because of past high turnover training for servers and kitchen staff not in place. Majority of kitchen staff does not speak English very well ticket times are slow and orders coming out of kitchen not always correct. A lot of guest complaints about food. Communication not good no daily line up.

    Advice to Management

    GM's that are better trained in the restaurant not just golf. To make sure the 3 steps of service is being applied every day.
