I worked at Cobb Theatres part-time for more than a year

    Pros

Free tickets to movies and free popcorn. It's also a fairly flexible schedule and you can trade shifts with anyone that knows your position. The work can be long but the tasks themselves are easy to do.

    Cons

Low pay for hard work. How good management is depended on who you get. Often times you will have to close one night and open the very next.

    Advice to Management

Better scheduling and shifts are needed and supervisors need higher pay since no one wants to be a supervisor.
