Pros

The company is very good to work for. The middle managers have a good ideas and plans. The sales team has a great culture. All the employee;s are very nice

Cons

The company has no respect for AM's and don't support the people the are on the ground everyday selling the product. The company only care about what the shareholder's expect. The have poor recognition for a good job. They also pay you less than 1/10 of 1% of your total sales as a salary

Advice to Management

Pay your sales team better, recognize them for everything. Think about your people since that is what you preach each and everyday. Think about the consumer instead of the shareholders.

"It was a great introduction to a great company, but there are a lot of problems communicating between groups of people."

    No opinion of CEO

    Pros

    1. If you like to set your own hours, Sales Manager is great.
    2. If you like to get bonuses based on your performance, Sales Manager is great.
    3. If you enjoy working in a well-establish company (not likely to go bankrupt-ever), Coca-Cola is great.

    Cons

    1. It is easy to feel lost in the number of people working.
    2. It is hard to make a difference in the way things are done.
    3. There are a lot of processes, but not much communication of them.

    Advice to Management

Try to take the company back to its roots when there was a personality for the company, not just a public relations department and shareholders to appease. Make things simpler, not more complicated, and your employees (and customers) will appreciate you.

    Pros

Pool table to play and free soda...

    Cons

Its sad that such a brand company isn't a good place to work as call center rep. I have worked over 1 and a half years and the management aren't in control of anything...The customers call in and don't get proper service and callback mad..Your calls have to be exactly said a certain way or you don't get a bonus.. and get written up for that even though you take care of the customer. the new insurance plan has a extremely high deductible... You cant ever be sick or call in since you only get a few hours a month..

    Advice to Management

Change quality accountability back on the people grading them(QA Team) make sure that their is consistency from all QA Advocates. Make scoring more to a impact of if its customer impacting then points deducted, if no real impact then coach to it... Make the QA Form more more understandable and make scoring more consistent and allow for someone to make a mistake and they can still pass.... Also you are a huge company leverage this and come up with better health plans and a PPO or HMO that just has a visit cost for doctor visits 30 dollars maybe...Don't make it a disciplinary action when someone forgets to swipe their badge on the time clock... I understand why its important but please...If associates cant talk on the cellphone on the floor have leaders follow example by doing the same. Also create a follow up team for when the driver cant get the order to the customer and he always cancels the order and the customer will have to callback to get a new order entered.. just have the team contact the customer advise of the issue and input the order..
