Pros

Pay is competitive, good vaca time, only have to to meet 1 time per week at the office. Flexible but long hours.

Cons

Long hours, not enough gas and car reimbursement , too much work to realistically do, a get it done attitude from mgmt-they don't care how.

Advice to Management

Hire more AM's to take time off everyone's plate. Focus less on the mundane busy work and more to numbers and business relationships.

    Pros

Generous amount of vacation: 3-weeks a year with the option to buy an extra week.
Co-workers: tend to be good people.
    Company: Well known
    Retirement-401K plus match
Seems like they are trying to be more consistent and professional.

    Cons

-New health insurance "benefits" are ridiculous, I might as well not have health insurance and pay out-of-pocket.
-Major cheapskates. Brag about how much money they donated or saved but merit increases are subpar, no bonuses, no "extras" to get excited for or that you would expect from a company such as Coke.
-Management tends to be all over the place. Lack of communication, which leads to many inconsistencies. You're told to do something two different ways or told by 2-3 different people to do the same thing when you've already received an email telling you what to do from corporate.
-Trouble showing appreciation for employees. They sometimes try, but it's superficial.
-Want employees to contribute their own time by doing volunteer work to make the company look good, in return, they don't offer enough for the employees to want to spend their personal time helping the company.
-Hard to promote or "grow" within the company. You can try, but if you're not connected with the "right" people you'll probably be stuck until you get a connection or you find another job.
    -Favoritism.

    Advice to Management

Offer ways for employees to want to succeed and do well for the company. T-shirts and Coke gear are nice to some, but not what most want to try to be employee of the month for. Be consistent in what you expect out of employees, one month it's this, then the next it's that. Show actual appreciation for your employees and give it back to them rather than bragging about how much money was donated or saved.

    Pros

Great people, good benefits, lots of job opportunities,

    Cons

Constant org structure changes, still good old boy network for some jobs and promotions. No real work/life balance in most departments
