I worked at Coca-Cola Company full-time (More than a year)

Pros

It was a fun environment, with lots of progression. There were lots of oppotunities for certain teams but in the Finance department things were limited as there was a budget control in place.

Cons

Long hours, bad canteen, not enough communication. Some of the more senior managment is stuck in a rut and not considering new market developments

Advice to Management

A clear promotion path.

I have been working at Coca-Cola Company full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

Benefits and pay are very good for the position

    Cons

You will work probably double the hours as outlined in the initial briefing without additional compensation although your counterparts in the same business unit receive additional compensation as California legislation has successfully identified the difference between managing, ordering, and selling thereby negating the use of an assigned title to avoid paying overtime.

    Advice to Management

Costco CEO James Sinegal has developed a strategy to provide employess with excellent compensation and satisfy the expectations of the shareholders. Offer him a job.
