Good benefits and fair salaries.

Cons

High stress lavel and lack of traning. The place is a sweet shop that takes advantage of the employees.

    Lots of exposure to different aspects, wide variety of projects, amazing people who genuinely care about brand and vision, as well as your own personal growth

    Not a lot of structure to the internships

    I worked at Coca-Cola Company full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

    Pay is pretty good. But, also goes down in the slower winter months. Experience dealing with all kinds of people. Not much else.

    Cons

    Favoritism in all departments. Poor communication between management and between departments. Everyone not held accountable and to the same standards. They shuffle people around between departments in order to hit man hour goals so management will still get their monthly bonuses. Maintaining vehicles and equipment not a high priority. "Call us when it breaks down and we'll tow it in" philosophy instead of preventing break downs and lost time.

    Advice to Management

    Don't treat grown men like children. If some people can't perform the job, they should be let go. Instead of bringing the whole company down.
