I have been working at Coca-Cola Company full-time (More than a year)

Pros

Competitive salary (if hired from the outside) and fast-paced corporate culture make working for the world's most recognizable brand very rewarding.

Cons

Regimented processes are outdated and senior management/executive leadership needs more "diversity of thought".

Advice to Management

Loosen the "reigns" and learn to trust!

I worked at Coca-Cola Company full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

Good pay and great benefits, team oriented culture, rewarded well for performance. The company strives to be cutting edge and provides the best tools for the job, etc.

    Cons

Not a place to go if you have an education and are looking to apply it (unless something like accounting). Really anyone can work their way up in this company so education isn't always a big factor. Not a lot of upward movement and lots of competition for the few managerial positions (lateral movement for years). Lots of pressure from the top to perform. You'll often feel overworked and underappreciated. They've been downsizing and micromanaging for the last year and a half. Sometimes a bit unorganized. Lots of politics - but that's expected. Long hours.

    Advice to Management

You have lots of good talent working for you. Do a better job evaluating your talent and promoting those that work hard. People leave there feeling like they're in a dead end job at the world's largest beverage company.

There is nothing I find as cons in this company.

I believe the company is heading in the right direction to align with the economy.
