I worked at Coca-Cola Company full-time

Pros

Team environment, great technology, fair pay.

Cons

The company has a great vision when it comes to employee engagement, diversity, and creating a sustainable culture, but does little in actually backing it up.

Advice to Management

Practice what you preach... Listen during listening sessions, promote work/life balance, and stop with the dog and pony shows every time someone comes to town! It is disruptive!

I worked at Coca-Cola Company full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

Good compensation package and benefits, great brands, and some good people.

    Cons

Ever since the acquisition of CCE's North American business, the culture and business acumen of employees has gone downhill fast. The leaders clearly do not care that there is a horrible culture, and some seen to encourage it. Taking credit for others work, denigrating the work of others, and always agreeing with management are the means for getting ahead. Good, hard, smart work will get you nowhere.

    Advice to Management

Wake up. You are ruining a great company and great brands. Not addressing issues and sticking your head in the sand is not a sustainable long term strategy. Leadership is not held accountable for bad decisions and horrible leadership. People need to feel valued for the work they are doing, not denigrated.

The workdays were very long 12 hrs or longer just about everyday. No work life balance.
Chaos most everyday. Very little consideration for there employees from the management team.

    Advice to Management

The upper management need to take the time to listen to the employees who are on the front line and to make a difference on a day to day bases.
