    Approves of CEO

    Pros

    -Competitive Pay
-Three Weeks Paid Vacation following hiring
    -Comprehensive benefits
-100% Matched 401k plans and Pension after three years
    -Very strong company culture
    -Quality products and brand recognition
    -Competant leadership
    -Internal movement/promotions for over-achievers
-Ability to work independantly and travel

    Cons

-Difficulty balancing work/life schedule. Consistantly work 50-60 hrs weeks.
-Consistantly being hounded over details and "the little things" out in the trade, such as the 7.5 cans being rotated with certain package images facing forwards. Ridiculous.
-Backbreaking work during the week merchandising.
    -Disrespect by many grocery/store managers
-Pitiful 3% raise yearly when you met and exceeded all requiremnts in your yearly performance review. Why go the extra mile in your daily work if you'll make the same as the incompetant dolt working next to you.
-No time and a half. The more hours of overtime you work the less you make per overtime hour.
-Extremely high turnover rate. Have seen dozens of merchandisers come and go. Have had 6 different supervisors in 2 years.

    Advice to Management

The majority of you do an excellent job and are consistantly on top of your game and managing your underlings with the best of yoru ability. Mostly because your butts are on the line on a weekly basis. I feel as though the higher in the company you progress and the more responsibilty you take on the higher the risk of being terminated you are. Work to improve stability in upper management and make a sincere effort of KEEPING top talent in the area they are most suited!
Stop penny-pinching every dime from salaries and BD&L and hire more people to lighten the work load of the lower tier employees. You're killing the guys out in the field with their current work loads.
