    Reembolso de km e vale alimentação e refeição só.

    Cons

    Baixo salário que não condiz com que é exigido , acumulo de funções e forma de pagar a variável injusta pois 50 % de sua comissão fica na mão de terceiros , quase que impossível ganhar uma comissão significativa .

    Advice to Management

    Olhar os vendedores como merecem , pois é o combustível da empresa , pagar de uma forma justa suas comissões , com mais transparência e ética .

    There's definitely lots of opportunities to learn and push yourself.

    Cons

    New ideas are not always accepted. The management like to continue with their ideas or the "way things have always worked". They don't always like to get challenged. The general leadership is doing whatever the boss says no matter what. No comments.

    Advice to Management

    Learn to listen and to evolve. Don't focus only on your ideas, but at what also comes from the bottom..
