Pros

Amazing new office space in central NQ location. Some really talented people to work with and learn from Bold with new vision & acting on it Fun social side, Xmas parties abroad Opportunity to develop other skills with training budget & makers space in the office Still independent agency, owners very involved and are nice guys

Cons

Dull clients, repetitive work for builds and optimising platforms. Little creative /inspiring work Too much time & effort spent on reinventing processes Pay below market rates, few career progression opportunities
