    Pros

Cool location, casual atmosphere. Free Coffee.

    Cons

As a freelancer, getting paid was harder work than the actual work. So many excuses why your check was not ready.

    Neutral Outlook

I worked at Code and Theory full-time

    Pros

Casual dress code, free soda and snacks, Macs for everyone. Dog-friendly office.

    Cons

Feels like a complete boys' club. Upper management's attitude ranges from arrogant to childish. Extremely long hours and weak project management. My team's experiences on projects/presentations ranged from far too little support to "too many cooks in the kitchen" with everyone and their sister giving advice on tiny non-issues.

    Advice to Management

Stop overselling and underdelivering. Find managers who actually know how to manage.
