Working with Coded Minds Canada as an educator has been a wonderful experience. It is a very professional place to work, with a supportive and well-organized environment. The management team is excellent, approachable, and truly values both educators and students. I appreciate the positive atmosphere, teamwork, and the focus on creativity and learning. Highly recommended for both educators and families!

One small challenge is that the work can be very fast-paced at times, but it also creates great opportunities to learn new skills, grow professionally, and work collaboratively with a strong team.

The team environment is friendly and supportive. I enjoy building strong relationships with children as environment is positive and collaborative.

Managing different age groups at the same time is challenging sometimes.
