      Pros

Having a positive working environment deeply motivates and engages us, leading to higher job satisfaction and employee retention within the organization, not to mention the less stress among the employees. Having a healthy environment gives us opportunities to share ideas for our company's success that can help Codeless grow. A healthy office environment also boosts the employees productivity and reduce the chances of absenteeism. It equally prioritizes business success and employee happiness.

      Cons

I as one of the employees of Codeless do not feel any mediocrity so far.

You hit the nail right on his head by writing that employee happiness and business success both have our top priority! It makes us proud that it’s also being felt that way. Thank you for leaving such a nice review.

        Pros

A lot of organization but very little micro management. Great collaboration. When issues arose, it wasn't hard to get it handled

        Cons

Some of the content briefs were confusing and I wasn't exactly sure how a client wanted it written, which resulted in revision requests. The team usually went to bat for me though and minimized that as much as possible.

Was told by an company I was interviewing with I would hear back from them the first week of December. The last time we spoke was before Thanksgiving, as I'm trying to respect their decision-making process. Should I reach out again now that we're closer to the date?

When negotiating salary over the phone, can you mention that you know what the salary is for the position you're applying for? E.g. I know people at the company I'm interviewing for in the exact level that I would be in who are making about 15k more than what I am expecting to be offered. Can I say, "I know Managers at this firm make xyz so I would like to be close to that number"

This is a Post-Intervew question, and I realize this is as individual as getting a haircut or fixing a cup of coffee. I had an interview with a medical office Wensday and I think it went pretty well. No, big hiccups on my end aside from getting tougne tied for a minute. I felt as though I had a good vibe with the interviewer. How do you after action an interview? (The reason I'm asking is I've been job hunting for near on 3 years now and I'm pretty frustrated with the situation.)
