Lack of products to sell.
Legacy account manager have all onnet accounts. Meaning you are left selling un-competitive offnet products.

Advice to Management

Expand your product set and limit the number of accounts each rep can have in your onnet facilities.

    Pros

    Decent pay out of college, the way you are ramped up to your quota serves as a signing bonus which is nice

    Cons

    You are selling the internet making 60-80 cold calls a day. They monitor your talk time, call numbers, and the micromanaging is out of control.

    Advice to Management

    Allow more freedom in the workplace as far as working from home and flexible hours. The most important thing should be people's numbers and you shouldn't care how they get them
