Pros

- Good work culture
- Brand name
- Cognizant treats employees nicely (for e-g cabs and guards are provided for females working in late night shifts)
- Onsite opportunities
- Flexible working hours
- Initiatives such as 'Cognorators' (a weekly to help the employees improve their public speaking abilities)

Cons

Along with recreation rooms, playgrounds for outdoor games such as cricket/ basketball etc should be provided in order to encourage the employees to be physically fit. This in turn will also lead to mental fitness and employees performing well.
