Equipment was provided for remote position. All management personnel were extremely helpful and available. Training was Lucas and easy to learn from and apply to the role I was being trained for.
I would have loved to work there, however, five weeks into the seven week training where no tardiness or absences are allowed. I lost my brother and also my dog with four days of each other when I asked two days of bereavement, I was told that I could just come back and start training again at the next training class that was about five weeks out, and that same day I was contacted by my recruiter and told that the client had received my resignation and my recruiter also wanted me to send them a resignation as well. Although the manager I spoke with, and told me to keep my equipment because I would be starting another training class. She was not reachable after that nobody from cognizant was reachable after that and they contacted me two years later , after I had had a housefire to retrieve their equipment which obviously I no longer had so that was a pretty negative experience. I really wanted to work there.
