Pros

Best company in niche so learn a lot and good for resume, get access to important people in the real estate and investment industries.

Cons

Long hours, difficult senior people, young firm so some parts of company still evolving, too many process changes, unclear succession

Advice to Management

Recognize people after they've done a good job, don't sweat the small stuff like tiny mistakes in work that is great overall

I have been working at Cohen & Steers full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

    Work/life balance is not bad

    Cons

A lot of unhappy employees around and as other reviewers have said not a good culture.
Unhappy employees try to drag others down and it creates a toxic environment.

    Advice to Management

Culture needs to be improved as otherwise good employees will continue to leave for better work environment and promotions.
