    Doesn't Recommend
    Negative Outlook
    No opinion of CEO

I have been working at Coldwell Banker as a contractor (Less than a year)

    Pros

The training is helpful as well as the brand name recognition.

    Cons

They got me in there and there and just seem to have favored agents who get leads or put on things like "e-team." The training was expensive and I really expected more guidance after they took me. I was left floundering and not knowing what to do. I wish I had gone to a smaller office. They get a BIG cut of what I bring in to really not do that much to help.

    Advice to Management

Give everyone the same opportunities. Do not play favorites. Stop with politics in every sense of the word.
