I worked at Coldwell Banker full-time (More than 3 years)

Pros

Lots of agent/sales/marketing support and resources at all levels, excellent corporate reputation, superior agent/sales/marketing training programs compared to other brokerages

Cons

tier based commission splits, although this is a trade off in exchange for no desk fees. also agents have to pay for use of company copiers & printers

I worked at Coldwell Banker part-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

They are very professional. Being the 800 pound Gorilla they seem to do very well in being able to provide resources to agents

    Cons

The only real downside is that they are as larger as they are.

    Advice to Management

    Most management is pretty good.

I worked at Coldwell Banker as a contractor (More than a year)

    Pros

Wonderful positive attitude and support for ongoing learning. Training was exceptional.

    Cons

The conditions of the horrible housing market made some of the training obsolete. Not enough coverage on short sales and foreclosures along with the challenges of selling in a tough market.

    Advice to Management

Was very happy with employment. Unfortunately, it was just bad timing
