Pros
I recommend this award winning company to everyone. The management cares about all the employees, and the employees care about each other. We are provided more than what we need to get our jobs done. The benefits are outstanding. I lost track of how many times I've heard our Health plan is the best they've ever seen.
Cons
Cole Engineering is still a small company, and it comes with some of the typical disadvantages of small companies. There are not a lot of diverse opportunities. Moving around isn't often an option. Losing contracts has potential to cause people to lose their jobs, because we don't have the overhead budget to hold on to everyone.
