      Pros

      Great office location, some excellent dedicated designers, good social atmosphere, freedom to use a variety of technologies to suit the job

      Cons

      Very brochureware/comms driven work. Had to maintain a lot of debt from contractors. Heavily Flash based at the time, little HTML/CSS work.

      Nothing - AVOID at all costs.

      Cons

      - Treat people appallingly based on if they’re in ‘the club’ - Constantly laying people off because they’ve overstretched themselves - If you’re not in 3D they aren’t interested

      - Clueless Boomers in upper management - Complete lack of direction when it comes to executing creative work on social media - They are an in house agency which means you only work on one client
