I worked at College Nannies and Tutors part-time (More than 3 years)

Pros

The interview process was easy and pretty standard. It included an in-person interview, a background check and reference check. The hours are on an as needed basis.

Cons

You have to enter your hours on a computer to ensure getting paid.

Advice to Management

There should be more meet and greets for nannies to get to know each other and share families, referrals or find coverage.

I have been working at College Nannies and Tutors part-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

As an educator, I was looking for a way to make some extra money during the summer. College nannies provided me with many employment options from full-time to on-call that allowed me to earn extra money and still accommodate my schedule. I would definitely recommend college nannies to other education professionals looking for summer employment.

    Cons

Nannies are not compensated differently based on education or experience.
