    Neutral Outlook

I worked at College Nannies and Tutors full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

The physical office itself looks welcoming. Lots of resources available on website. Hard working nannies. Hard working tutors.

    Cons

    *Low pay all around
*Unrealistic expectations for recruitment of families and nannies
*People are hired on without introduction... Like, they just show up at the office and tell me they are my coworker
*No clear job responsibilities... And when the responsibilites that "are your's" are not done, you are yelled at either verbally or with a demoralizing email
    *Management is unprofessional and tactless

I could continue, but I think you already get the point

Thanks for in input. We host nanny trainings and networking events every 4-6 weeks. We invite all our nannies to attend. We have been doing this for over 2 years.
