Pros

Great benefits package with matching 401K. Everyone treats you with respect and the company has a family oriented vibe at work.

Cons

Not a great work life balance. PTO is based on a first come first serve basis. Procedures and rules tend to overlap one another.

Advice to Management

Create more flexibility for PTO to create work life balance.

    Pros

Competitive pay, friendly and open staff

    Cons

Its insurance, pretty dull. On top of that many processes are antiquated and confusing.

  2. "No real direction from management and Little pay"

    Pros

Opportunity to make sommething yourself is there, you've got the ability to run a business how you want, make your own salary.

    Cons

Zero compensation unless you sell, and then they take 80% of your sales, no management abilities throughout the levels, no real direction given, no training, they basically expect you to do it all on your own and then make them money. Almost all Account Executives, ADM's, and DM's run their own business...be very causious when the "recruit" you, they are only looking for another body to provide money for the ADM's and DM's, because they make the money, not you.
