1. Received Regular course assignments 2. Pretty low stress 3. Minimal grading requirements 4. Decent pay
Cons
1. A lot of micromanagement in first term classed 2. Large class sizes of 60 students 3. Scripted student responses required-very little faculty creativity allowed 4. Required to facilitate 1 live session per week, and frequently no students would show
