Great chance to develop skills and grow. Learned a great deal in a very short time. Great Vacation Accural. Chance to work with a lot of really smart people. Great HR department. Got a great parking spot for a good price. 35 Hour Workweek. Diverse backgrounds.

    Cons

The starting pay was on the low end. There was a lot of political challenges. Poor working Environment, lack of good culture.

    Advice to Management

Need to identify better middle managers in IT Department at the Dental School. Skill sets did not meet job requirements for managers.
