    Disapproves of CEO

I worked at Columbia University full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

It is a large employer, which means there is room to grow, somewhat. You get the benefits of being in a University setting, for those who are interested in taking advantage of them.

    Cons

It is a large and very decentralized employer. This can be both a pro and a con, but it does mean that it can be difficult and time-consuming to get answers to questions and resolve problems, or even to know who to talk to, and the answer can often change depending on whom you are speaking with. Some benefits have been cut in recent years.
