    Neutral Outlook
    No opinion of CEO

    I worked at ComPsych full-time

    Pros

Free bagels every other friday, but get there early, because people will take two or three.

    Cons

Micro management style. The people above my position treated me with very little respect. Very little time off. You only get three sick days a year.

    Advice to Management

LISTEN to your employees, not just the people in management positions.

    Pros

    - Location
    - work overtime if you like
    - nice people- however you are discouraged from leaving your depressing cube to interact with others

    Cons

    - OVER WORKED . UNDER PAID starting salary is the same as it was 10 years go, guess they haven't heard of inflation
    - Can get denied time off requests and 3 sick days a year
    - Guidance consultant really means customer service rep - really no MA required
    - 0- no place for professional growth and development or for career advancement
    - high burn out and turn over
    - and yes you can work overtime, which is good, because a lot of those grad students making loan payments have a hard enough time making ends meet

i could go on and on

    Advice to Management

Hire more people to manage the call volume, you are doing a disservice to your clients by having employes that are over worked and underpaid.

Guidance consultants are the people that hold the company down, they deal with the most clients and provide the most direct customer service- they are the ones that work holidays and weekends . yet they are the most unappreciated team. Maybe you should do a little more for them than fruit and bagel friday because im sure the company brings in enough review to increase their paychecks and hire more staff.
