Pros

Fun people to work with, friendly atmosphere. You get to set your own schedule and work at your own pace etc.

Cons

You are required to call in all the time and discuss mundane sales calls. You sometimes have to work late and on weekend.

Advice to Management

Be more honest with employees or prospective employees as to what is expected of them and how much they will have to work.

    Marketing materials was professional
    training was ongoing

    Cons

    No benefits till 6 months, with no contribution after that time
    No vacation time nor time off
    Mandatory 75 hour week
    No expense/car allowance
    Paid as a W2 but treated as a 1099 employee
