I have been working at Combined Jewish Philanthropies full-time

    Pros

The people are warm and management really listens to new ideas and new ways of doing things. They really make you feel included and part of the CJP team.

    Cons

Parking can be really expensive and getting to and from the Financial District can be a pain. It is a non-profit so budgets can be very tight.

    Advice to Management

It would be great if salaries were slightly higher to help attract and retain top talent.
