Great work environment, clearly laid out goals and expectations and the resources available to meet said goal, great compensation packages, family feel

    Pros

    Flexible hours, not tied down to an office

    Cons

    Comcast changed comp plan and dropped our salary by around 12k. They also eliminated yearly raises and stock options. Turning into a churn and burn sales job. Poor morale. Can't provide sales promotional material that isn't expired on a timely basis.

    Advice to Management

    Develop a comp plan to incent sales reps to stay with the company for the long-term. Better organize marketing materials to enable reps to look professional.

    little training, prefers sales over customer service, not willing to work with employees on scheduling issues or for transfers
