I worked at Comcast full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

You work with a diverse group of individuals and there are leaders there that will help you help yourself promote. The call center can be fun and rewarding for all employees including management.
    Great Benefits
    "Employ-ability"

    Cons

The hours are not always the best and new employees may work nights and weekends. There is still work needed to complete compensation plans that are connected to the needs of the business and the customers. The customers can be brutal, thick skin required. Think about your experiences with Comcast and consider having to manage through them from the other end. Very political. It's who you know in many situations and how much they like you.

    Advice to Management

Invest in better leadership training and promote leaders who support employee growth.
