Pros

Great benefits and if you put in the work then the pay out is great! There are always new opportunities for advancement and you never know what person can help you get to the next level.

Cons

It takes awhile to go through the whole interviewing process.

    I worked at Comcast full-time (More than 8 years)

    Pros

    Excellent wages, insurance and other job perks.

    Cons

    Very high expectations from management and high employee turnover rate. It is not impossible to work at Comcast but it is hard. They prefer temps to avoid additional costs.

    Advice to Management

    Cut down on temps and invest in long term employees. It will mean better service to your clients and a good bottom line.

    Company is focused on building fiber and is a competitive alternative to the telco's/type two providers.

    Cons

    All management is based on Salesforce activity - there is little or no coaching.

    Advice to Management

    Get off funnel reviews with leadership and get out with your salespeople to hear what's being said to prospects.
