I have been working at Comcast full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Decent pay when compared to the market and good benefits.

    Cons

Ever increasing push to get sales in a dying industry. Pushing home phone service, of allthings, on customers to make up for lagging sales in an industry that is increasingly going to the internet for it's TV needs.

New hire training for technical repair agents now includes more weeks of sales/upselling training than technical training.
