    Pros

    Complimentary cable service for employees

    Cons

    Management that has taken micromanagement to an art form. Safety topics at weekly meetings that are pretty much ignored when we are busy.

    Advice to Management

    Take care of your employees. When there are dozens of automobile accidents in the area within a very short time period after a storm starts it is time to take people off the road.

    Pros

    Great benefits, and compensation. That's about it.

    Cons

    Very little exposure, seems to hire under qualified external candidates rather than promoting from within, does not focus on employee development.

    Advice to Management

    Pay more attention to the suggestions and opinions from your front line employees, they know more than you give them credit for and their input could prove valuable to the success of the company.
