Positive Outlook
Approves of CEO

I worked at Comcast full-time (More than 10 years)

Pros

This job was the best so far in my career. The company had a several corporate layoffs. Saw alot of good hard working committed employees let go. Invested many years there.

Cons

Got too big! All about numbers now! Not about hard working, long term invested employees.
Job security was depleted with the corporate layoffs.

I worked at Comcast full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

    Potentially great pay
    Scheduing freedom
    Good benefits

    Cons

-Recent changes to streamline policies and procedures cripple already successful markets
-New policies micro manage BAEs and do not allow you to run your business the way you want to
-Changes to partner referral awards cause loss of partners to outside agents
-too many other entities selling the Comcast product, as a BAE your biggest competition is Comcast

    Advice to Management

if a market has been successful, it shouldnt be brought in to the fold and pulled down to the level of a less successful market. you cannot fit every BAEs selling style in to a box, they were hired because they are the best, let them do what they do, if they dont pull in the numbers, make changes then. put a leash on who can sell the product, your direct employess are the best out there, make them the priority.
