    I have been working at Comcast full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

    Base pay plus commission, great health benefits, sick days, vacation days

    Cons

    not an easy process to transfer within the company, Internal process is a joke and treat you like you haven't put years in the company, felt like what is the point of internal job postings if your getting treated like a stranger off the streets.

    everything i needed to know was explained in detail.

    Cons

    they conduct behavioral interview. i feel that this type of interview is ineffective.

    Advice to Management

    stop using personality tests.
