I worked at Comcast full-time (More than 3 years)

Pros

Good training, good pay, and free stuff. Worked with some great people that were there to do their best.

Cons

You really start to feel like a number after awhile. Management changes like the wind and it gets tiring.

Advice to Management

Don't let the number dictate EVERY business decision.

    Comcast is a dynamic company that offers endless opportunities and with that said, you can really accelerate your career even as an entry level.

    Competitive wages, good benefits, training, employee accommodations, courtesy services

    Cons

    Poor leadership, no loyalty to the employees. The name of the game is strictly make the company money by any means. No loyalty to the consumer either.

    Advice to Management

    Restructure your time off and leadership. Try to take care of the customer. You may also try to train your employees better.
