    Pros

They were very well organized and offered a lot of exposure for the internship. It was a semester long, compensated with credits. Definitely worth the experience if you are looking to get into sports/event marketing

    Cons

There were a lot of other interns in my group and the competition was tough. It was also tough to get back in touch with previous employees because they didn't stay in the current position very long

    Doesn't Recommend
    Disapproves of CEO

    Pros

Good place to learn what not to do when managing people. Also a good foot in the door if you want to move on to other jobs in the sports and entertainment industry.

    Cons

Very long hours, little appreciation for hard work. Old fashioned, very little willingness to modernize or listen to new ideas. The company does not take bullying or harassment seriously. The company also asks its employees to lie on their time sheets in order to not pay over time. Promised advancement, but when management was approached about this, nothing came of it. All in all a very archaic place to work that does not respect its employees and does not see its high turnover rate as an issue.

    Advice to Management

More management training is needed for middle level management. Middle level management has issues relating to the young work force. Most of the time middle management is the reason why employees leave this company. The middle managers need to be held more for the progression and learning of their employees.
