I have been working at Command Security full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Laid back job, easy work, plentiful overtime

    Cons

Poor management, favoritism, backstabbing, lies and revolving door for employment.

    Advice to Management

Be consistent. If a punishment for something is given to one person for something, give it to anyone that does the same thing. If you receive multiple complaints about an employee, do something, be it a suspension or termination, not just ignore it for the sake of keeping a body in a position.
