I can't think of one.

Cons

Unless you like being cursed at by uneducated ironworkers, then don't work here.

Advice to Management

You are catering to ironworkers union at the expense of your company

    Corporate in Texas makes decisions about California management without even knowing or meeting anyone.
    Terrible company to work for not worth the emotional stress

    Advice to Management

    Listen to the employees and not just the head management that doesnt know what is going on.

    They are usually good to employees and the health insurance is pretty reasonable.

    Sometimes there has been some favoritism.

    Employees should get praised more and know they're appreciated. Raises should be given according to the employees production.
