Yearly Reviews are in part based on your teammate’s impression of you although you are not physically in the same location, you are required to clock in even though you are salaried.
Much favoritism is displayed in favor of those who have learned the only way to lessen the probabilities of being the next target is by brown nosing. Favored buyers get less workload while there are some working even on weekends to keep up. If you are looking for a micro-managing atmosphere where your work is not appreciated, your efforts go unnoticed, expectations can vary at any given moment, and salary is on the low end of the spectrum then this is the place for you.
