    Good Benefits, Bonuses every year, there was no lay-off during COVID.

    PTO, great benefits, at least one bonus every year, new benefits added each year, opportunities to grow/change departments if desired

    Cons

    office politics, corporate offices get more attention than local shops, work/life balance can be rough depending on your position
