    Pros

Awesome program that truly helps children and families
    Competitive pay scales
    Flexible Schedule
    Great co-workers and supervisors

    Cons

You have to take reduction in force days without pay. The program is funded by a federal grant, so there is not much job security.

    No opinion of CEO

I worked at Community Action Partnership of North Alabama full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Fabulous insurance and benefits; Supportive staff at the main office; Excellent programs

    Cons

Very strict rules that must be abided by and write ups are common for minor things; Very little training; training is through videos, write up and scare tactics; teachers are not treated as professionals; not any support in the classroom; tremendous amount of gossip among DOTS, teachers, and FACES

    Advice to Management

Staff should be treated as professionals; team meeting should be held monthly to share ideas and brief everyone on the "strict rules"; limit write ups as a form of training and use only on severe offenses; teachers should be salaried and not hourly
